Introduction

A factory reset will reset the Philips Hue bridge back to default settings. This is typically done when there is a problem that can only be fixed with a reset or if you want to sell or give it away.

A factory reset on your Philips Hue Bridge will delete all lights and scenes, and then start your setup again from scratch.

1 Factory Reset

  1. Ensure the Bridge is powered on.
  2. Remove the Ethernet cable from the Bridge.
