Introduction

While troubleshooting your Epson printer, you may need to completely reset the device. A factory reset will return your printer to its out of the box settings. This guide will help you factory reset your printer.

1 Factory Reset

  1. On the control panel, press the Home button.
    Home button.

  2. Press the arrow buttons to navigate to Setup and press OK.
    Setup.

  3. Press the arrow buttons to navigate to Restore and press OK.
    Restore.

  4. From the Restore menu, press the arrow buttons to navigate to All Settings. Press OK.

  5. When you see a confirmation screen, press OK.
  6. The machine will initiate the reset.
