Your speaker has an internal battery that needs to be charged before you can use it.

  1. Using the included cable, connect your speaker to a wall charger or desktop computer.
  2. Connect the other end to the charging port on the back of your speaker.

  4. Select Add Bluetooth or other device.

An extra feature of your speaker is to pair to another of the exact same model, to provide stereo sound. This is called True Wireless Stereo, or TWS.

Pairing the speakers together will only work if both speakers are the same make and model. You will need 2 identical Heyday speakers.

Setting up True Wireless Stereo

  • Make sure both of your speakers are charged.
  • Make sure nothing is connected to either speaker; either by telling your device to 'forget' the Bluetooth device, or by temporarily turning off Bluetooth on your device.
  1. Bring both speakers near each other.
  2. Turn both speakers on by pushing and holding the Power / Mode button till you hear the chime.

  4. Both speakers will pair together, and you'll hear a chime indicating they're linked.
  5. Re-connect your device to the speaker pair.

  3. Tap on the Bluetooth device in the list to pair with it.
  1. Switch the switch on the back to On, farthest right.

  2. Using an audio cable, connect one end to your device.
  3. Connect the other end to your speaker's AUX Port.

  1. Push the power switch to FM, the far left.

  2. Use the < and > keys on the front to adjust the FM frequency you're tuned into.

FM Radio is transmitted over-the-air. The radio signal strength is dependent on a large number of factors, including distance from the radio station's transmitting tower, weather conditions, large buildings, and building materials used near you.
There is no way to guarantee the sound quality for any FM radio station, or if there is a strong enough radio signal where you are.
