This can help you determine if things are working as intended, or if there is a problem you'll need to remedy to get things working properly again.

2. Status Indicator Lights

There is one status light on your Sonos One speaker.

  • Each color represents a different status:
  • Solid White Light

  • Your Sonos One is powered up and functioning properly.
  • No Light

  • Your Sonos One is not powered on. 
  • Flashing White Light

  • Your Sonos One booting up after being plugged into power. 
  • Solid Green Light

Green Light
  •  Your Sonos One is muted or at zero volume. 
  • Flashing Green Light

  • Your Sonos One is powered up and is ready to be set up, or added to an existing Sonos system.
  • Solid Orange Light
Orange Light
  • Your Sonos One is in a warning mode and may be in danger of overheating.
  • Flashing Orange Light

Flashing Orange Light
  • Indicates that playback on your Sonos One has failed.
  • Alternating Orange and White Light

  • Your Sonos One is experiencing a fault condition.
