1 Status Light

There are three status lights for your Range Extender.

Main Light

This is the light directly on the top front of your Range Extender.

Status light highlighted.

Off
OffRange Extender isn't getting power, or is turned off.
Solid Green
GreenTurned on, with good signal strength.
Blinking Green
Blinking GreenBooting up or updating firmware.
Blinking Orange
Blinking OrangeReady for setup or not connected.
Solid Orange
OrangeSignal is weak from your router to the Range Extender. Move the Range Extender closer to the router.

WPS Light

The WPS light is on the side of the Range Extender.

Solid Orange
OrangeYour Range Extender is trying to make a WPS connection to your Router.
Off
OffWPS wasn't able to connect, or isn't being used.

Ethernet Ports

Each Ethernet port on the back of your Range Extender has a small light.

OffNo cable is connected, or the device can't be found over the Ethernet cable.
Solid Green
GreenThe connection to the other device is good.
Blinking Green
Blinking GreenData is going over the connection.
