This guide will take you through the basics of using your soundbar.

Your ZVOX SoundBase can learn to use your current TV remote, so you don't have to reach for the separate one that came with the sound bar each time.

  1. On the front control panel of the sound bar, push and hold both the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons for 4 seconds.

  2. The message Lrn for learn will appear on the sound bar's display.

  3. Program Volume Up.
    1. The display on your soundbar will say UP 1. Point your television remote at the soundbar, and push and hold the Volume Up button on your television remote for 1 second.

  5. Program Mute.

Input Changes which source of sound your sound bar plays from.
Power Turns the sound bar on or off.
Accuvoice Push to turn on or off Accuvoice, a special sound processing your soundbar can do to help increase the clarity of voices in shows.
Surround Switches between off, low, medium, and high virtual 3-D sound, making it feel like you're surrounded by speakers at the loss of some of the vocal clarity.
Output Leveling Turns on and off output leveling, the speaker will attempt to prevent sudden changes in the loudness of a program, such as when a commercial comes on.
Bass Up and Down Increase or decrease the bass, or low-pitch sounds. -4 is a lot less, 0 is no change from the original program, 4 is a lot more.
Treble Up and Down Increase or decrease the treble, or high-pitch sounds. -4 is a lot less, 0 is no change from the original program, 4 is a lot more.
Mute Silences the audio entirely. Press a second time to return to normal.
Volume Up and Down Increase or decrease the volume of your soundbar.
