  1. Firmly press the center of the screen so that it clicks and the time will be displayed for a few seconds.

    The hand on the inside corresponds to the hours and the hand on the outside corresponds to the minutes.

The activity level is displayed continuously in the Withings Go screen.

  1. The graduations on the outer edge of the screen indicate your progression, based on your daily step goal.

  2. When a goal is reached, a star is displayed in the center of the screen and the outside graduations are reset.

  3. An extra graduation is displayed around the star each time the goal is reached.

  1. Launch the Health Mate app.

  2. Scroll down and tap the Daily steps or Other sections.

  3. There you'll see your activity data within a graph:
    • Blue - activity where the goal hasn't been reached
    • Green - activity where the goal has been reached

  1. Launch the Health Mate app.

  2. Scroll down and tap the Sleep section.

  3. There you'll see your sleep data within a graph:
    • White - Time spent out of bed
    • Grey - Time spent awake in bed
    • Light Blue - time spent in light sleep
    • Dark Blue - time spent in deep sleep

  1. Launch the Health Mate app.

  2. Go to the Profile tab at the bottom right.

  3. Scroll down to the My goals heading and tap Daily steps.

  4. Tap and slide the daily step goal up or down to select the goal you prefer.

  5. Then tap OK in the top right.

  1. On the back case, use the provided opening tool to remove the cover by turning it counterclockwise.

  2. Replace the battery. Ensure the O-ring is still in place as this is what makes your device waterproof.

  3. Replace the cover and lock the cover back in place by turning it clockwise.
