1 Prerequisites

  1. Open Spotlight.

  2. Type in Boot Camp Assistant and click Boot Camp Assistant in the search results.

  3. Press Continue.

  4. Click Choose to pick your CD/ISO media.

  5. Select your media you are using to install Windows.
  6. Use the slider to change how large you would like your Windows partition to be.

    It is recommended to use 40 GB for the windows partition for a base install. If you plan on installing any large applications or games, you may want to make it larger.

     
  7. Click Install

  1. Press Next.

  2. Click I accept the terms in the license agreement and then click Install.

  3. If prompted, click Install to install any device software/drivers.

  1. Restart the computer in whichever operating system you are in.
  2. Hold the Option key down when your mac restarts.
