Introduction

This guide will show you how to reset a Sonos product to its factory default settings. You may want to do this if you wish to sell it, give it away, or as part of a troubleshooting process when you've exhausted all other options. The process is simple to start and only takes a few minutes.

1 Factory Reset a Sonos Product

Resetting a Sonos product to its factory default settings will delete its registration information, all the saved favorites and music services. If you need to reset multiple products, you will need to perform this procedure for each one separately. Resetting all products within your system will permanently delete all your data.
