Introduction

Sengled smart lights and devices can be controlled with or without a hub, making it even easier to get started with smart lighting.
It can be frustrating when your smart lighting devices fail. Smart lights are supposed to obey your every command using their connected apps, but when they don't you're left quite literally in the dark.
It may seem like the only way to fix the devices is a full factory reset, but you very rarely need to go that far.
This guide will help you get your Sengled devices responding properly and working for you again quickly. We'll start by restarting the devices as this usually resolves the problems you could be having. Then, if that didn't work we'll begin the resets.
