There are 2 main Operating Systems for smartphones currently available, Android and iOS.

3. Install App (Android)
Launch the Play Store on your smartphone.
Select the search bar at the top.
Type in "Xfinity Stream", then select Xfinity Stream from the list.
Select Install.
4. Initial Setup
Getting started with the Xfinity Stream app is very similar on both Android and iOS devices.
If You're Using an Android Device
Open Xfinity Stream.
Xfinity Stream needs to be able to store TV on your device to allow you to watch offline. The first time you start Xfinity Stream, it will ask permission to access media on your device, select Allow.
A welcome screen is shown. Select Get Started.
Enter your Comcast Username and Password, then select Sign In.
If You're Using an Apple iOS Device
Open Xfinity Stream.
A welcome screen is shown. Select Get Started.
You'll be asked to use your Xfinity account to sign in. Select Continue.
Enter your Comcast Username and Password, then select Sign In.

5. Install App (iOS)
Open the App Store.
Select Search in the bottom right corner.
Type in "Xfinity Stream", and select Get for Xfinity Stream from the list.
