  1. Turn on the camera.
  2. Press the Menu button.

  5. Tap on Built-In Wireless Settings.

  6. Tap on Nickname.

  7. Tap on OK.
    Register a nickname with ok button highlighted

  8. Enter a nickname and then tap on Menu/OK when done.

  10. Tap on Wi-Fi/NFC.

  15. Your camera's Wi-Fi Network and Security Key will now be displayed.

  1. Open Play Store.

  2. Type "Canon Camera Connect" in the search bar and tap Install.

  3. Once installed, tap Open to proceed to the setup.

  1. Open the Canon Connect app from the Home Screen.

  2. Tap on Agree.

  5. Once both devices are connected to the same network you should get a prompt asking to connect your camera to your device. Tap on the camera from the list.

  6. On the camera, tap OK to complete the connection.

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Type in "Canon Camera Connect" in the search bar.
  3. Find Canon Camera Connect in the search results and tap on GET.

  1. Open the Canon Connect app from the Home Screen.

  2. On first launch, you will be prompted to to allow the app to send you system notifications.

  4. You will be prompted to allow the app to access your location.

  5. Tap on Skip.

  6. Once both devices are connected to the same network you should get a prompt asking to connect your camera to your device. Tap on the camera from the list.
