1 Adjust Volume

Your Headphones can be used wireless using Bluetooth, or wired with an additional audio cable.

  1. Connect the charging cable to the bottom of the left earcup.

  2. Connect your headset to your computer or USB adapter.
  3. The Indicator light will go out when your headset is done charging.

Your headset will take about two hours thirty minutes to charge.

The device needs to be within a reasonable range in order to connect.

  • In general, to pair and use a Bluetooth device (like a speaker, headset or smartwatch), the device needs to be within 10 feet of your computer or other device.
  • Some medium and higher-power devices can be farther, up to about 30 feet, but this tends to be for larger devices that plug in or have very large batteries, such as another computer, media streaming device, or a plug-in speaker system.

Try moving the Bluetooth device closer if you have trouble.

  1. Push and hold the Phone button on the remote.

    You should hear descending tones in the headset.
  2. Wait 10 seconds.
  3. Push the phone button for one to two seconds to power the headset back on.
For the next step, we'll need to know what type of device you're using to send Bluetooth audio from.

There are 2 main Operating Systems for personal computers currently available, Windows and macOS.

Before you restart or shut down your PC, make sure to save all necessary work to prevent data loss.
  1. Select the Start menu, then select Power.

  2. Select Restart.

  1. Disconnect your headphones from the charging cable, if it was connected.
  2. Push and hold the Power button on the back of the right earcup for seven seconds.

The device name of your headphones should be HEYDAY HEADPHONE 01.

  1. Click the Action Center icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  2. Tap on the All Settings tile after that.

  3. Then go to Devices.

  4. Select Bluetooth from the left-hand column and ensure the Bluetooth switch is in the On position to the right. Your Windows 10 device will become discoverable and start searching for devices.

  5. Once you see the device you want to pair the system with, select it then tap on Pair.

  6. After the pairing was successful the device will show the Paired status under its name.

  1. From the menu bar across the top of the screen, select the Apple menu, then Restart...

  1. Disconnect your headphones from the charging cable, if it was connected.
  2. Push and hold the Power button on the back of the right earcup for seven seconds.

The device name of your headphones should be HEYDAY HEADPHONE 01.

  1. On the menu bar, click the Apple menu (1), then System Preferences (2).

  2. Select Bluetooth.

  3. Ensure that it says Bluetooth: On. Turn it on with the button if it isn't.

  4. Your computer will search for any Bluetooth devices in range.
  5. Once your device is located, click Pair.

  6. Once the pairing process is complete, your Mac will automatically connect to the device whenever it is in range.

Powering off an iPhone.

  1. Hold down the lock / power button.
  2. Slide to power off when prompted.
  3. Wait until the phone is off.
  4. Hold down the lock / power button until you see the Apple logo.

  2. Push and hold the Power button on the back of the right earcup for seven seconds.

Depending on what device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) and which generation you have, the menu theme and options might look slightly different on your screen. However, the steps should be the same across all iOS devices and generations.

  1. Open Settings, and select Bluetooth.

  2. Make sure that the Bluetooth feature is enabled by flipping the On / Off switch to the green position then wait for the Bluetooth device to show up in the list.

  3. Tap on the Bluetooth device in the list to pair with it.

    Depending on the manufacturer and model of Android device you have, the location of the power button will vary.
  2. Select Power Off.

    If the menu does not pop up, continue to hold the power button, and your Android device will shut off.
  3. Wait 30 seconds.

  4. Push and hold the Power button for a few moments, and your Android device will start back up.

  1. Make sure your audio cable isn't frayed, crimped, or broken.
  2. Remove, then plug back in the audio cable to your headset.
  3. Remove, then plug back in the audio cable to your device.
