Before You Begin:
Have your Headset available.
Be near the device you've connect to.
2. Adjust Volume
Often times, if the sound coming from your device is too loud or too soft, your Wireless Earbuds can 'drop out' and not sound good. Adjusting the volume for the device you're listening to is a good first step.
Volume Up
Use the Volume Up button to increase the volume.
This can help if the sound is too soft, or drops out at points.
Volume Down
Use the Volume Down button to decrease the volume.
This can help if the sound is too loud, is distorted, or cuts out at points.
3. Charging
Open the USB port on the side of the controls on the right earbud.
Connect your headset to your computer or USB adapter.
The Indicator light will go out when your headset is done charging.
Your headset will take about one to two hours to charge.
4. Range Check
The device needs to be within a reasonable range in order to connect.
In general, to pair and use a Bluetooth device (like a speaker, headset or smartwatch), the device needs to be within 10 feet of your computer or other device.
Some medium and higher-power devices can be farther, up to about 30 feet, but this tends to be for larger devices that plug in or have very large batteries, such as another computer, media streaming device, or a plug-in speaker system.
Try moving the Bluetooth device closer if you have trouble.
5. Power Cycle Earbuds
Push and hold the Phone button on the remote.
You should hear descending tones in the headset.
Wait 10 seconds.
Push the phone button for one to two seconds to power the headset back on.
