Check your home's internet connection by testing with another device such as your smartphone, computer, game console, streaming device, etc.

  1. Push the Home button on your remote.

  2. Select Settings.
    Android Settings.
  3. Select Network.

  4. Select Advanced settings > IPv6 setup.

  5. For Enable IPv6, select No.
  1. Unplug the power cable from the wall.
    Power cable being unplugged from power outlet.
  2. Wait for 60 seconds.
  3. Plug the power cable back in.
