Introduction

Sometimes, Netflix can have a problem on your LG Smart TV that causes it to ask for you to log in each time you try to use the service. This can be incredibly annoying.

This guide will walk you through deactivating Netflix, so you can sign in one final time for the app to save your login.

The next time you use Netflix, the app will ask you to log into your account, but once you are logged in, your saved settings will return and you should not be asked to sign in again.

To resolve this problem, we will need to factory reset your LG Smart TV.
