1 Restart

  1. Turn it off by pressing the power button.

Restoring your device to its factory default settings will remove all user data.

  1. From the remote control, press the Menu button.
    • Navigate using the arrow keys on the remote and use OK to select.
  2. Go to System.

  4. Then select Reset TV to Factory Defaults. If you have set parental controls, you may be asked for your pass code, if you haven't customized it the default code is 0000.

Recommended download speeds are:

  • Basic Streaming - 1.5 MB or 1,500K
  • HD Streaming - 5BM or 5,000K
  • Full HD or Super HD Streaming - 10MB or 10,000K
  • You may have to shut down or disconnect other unused devices that are connected to the same network.
  • If your device is connected via Wi-Fi, its distance from the router, as well as well as other environmental factors can affect the quality of the signal. Try moving your router to a more central location or use a Wi-Fi extender.
