Try downloading the game or app again from the Playstation Store.

Games consume the most storage space on your PS4. To free up space, you may want to uninstall some games. When you delete a game, its game save data is not deleted. This means you can reinstall the game in the future and resume from where you left off.

To remove applications or games, do the following:

  1. Select Applications under System Storage Management.
