How to deal with issues encountered during your Parrot drone's firmware update process.
You'll Need:
A mobile device with the FreeFlight Pro app already installed.
2. Charge Battery
Pull the latch upwards on the rear end of the drone to release the battery, then pull out the battery.
Connect the battery to the charger and the charger to a power outlet. The battery charge indicator light will turn orange while the battery is charging and then green when it's fully charged.
The battery should take about 45 minutes to charge.
Slide the battery back into place and make sure it clicks.
3. OS Choice
To continue, we need to know what Operating System your smartphone or tablet has.
There are 2 main Operating Systems for smartphones currently available, Android and iOS.

4. Close Running Apps
Tap the Recent Apps button.
The Recent Apps button may be located on either the bottom left or bottom right as either an onscreen button or a physical button. If you're unsure which button it is, please refer to the user manual of your android device.
Either tap the X or swipe to the right to close an app.
5. Check App Updates
Open the Play Store.
At the top, choose the three bars on the left of the search line.
