Many simple issues with your Lumos bulbs and Eufy Smart Plugs can be solved with simple checks or troubleshooting.

In order to function, all smart bulb and smart plug products must have power.

Turning off the switch you'd normally use will cut power to the smart bulb or smart plug. Without power, it cannot function.

  1. Make sure the power switch is turned on and/or your smart plug is firmly plugged into the wall socket.
    Light switch on.
  2. If the power was off or not fully plugged in, allow your smart bulb or smart plug one minute to re-connect.

To operate your lights and plugs, you should be using the app that came with your smart lights to turn on and off your lights, not the switch on the wall.
