To restart your device via power cycle:

  1. If your device has buttons or a remote control, press the power button to turn it off.

  2. Unplug it from the power outlet and wait for 10 seconds.

  3. Plug it back into the power outlet, then turn it back on from the power button if it has on.

  4. The system will restart automatically once the firmware update is complete.

Resetting the device to factory defaults will erase all saved settings, preferences and user stored data.

  1. Make sure the device is powered on.
  2. Eject any disc from the tray and ensure playback is stopped.
  3. Press and hold the Pause, Stop and Eject buttons on the front panel of the player simultaneously until it powers off.

  4. After the unit turns off, press the power button to turn it back on.

  5. The player should be reset to factory settings and show the Easy Setup on the screen.
