Enable the Explicit Content Filter on your Spotify account.
Before We Begin:
Have a working Spotify account.
Have the Spotify app installed.
2. Enable Explicit Filter (Android)
The Explicit Content Filter applies only for the individual account and device. For example, if you apply the setting on your phone, it doesn't filter explicit content for the same account on the desktop app.
As of now, the explicit content filter is only available on mobile devices such as phones and tablets.
Open Spotify.
Tap Home.
If you've got a Premium account, tap Library.
Tap Settings.
Swipe the Explicit Content Toggle so it turns gray.
After turning the Explicit Filter on, attempting to play an explicit song will result in a pop up.
Explicit songs will be marked as such.
