Performing a factory reset will restore all device settings to the defaults. Any devices connected to the range extender will loose connectivity until it is reconfigured and all devices are reconnected.

On Your Range Extender

  1. Locate the reset button on the bottom of the range extender.
    Factory Reset
  2. Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds until the Power LED blinks amber, and then let go.
    Wait 10 Seconds

You may need a small object like a paperclip or a toothpick in order to properly press the reset button.

  3. Your range extender will begin to reboot and will perform a full factory reset.

Using a Web Browser

  1. Connect to your range extender's Wi-Fi network.
  2. Open a web browser of your choice on the device you're using.
