This guide will walk you though resetting your device to factory defaults.
  1. Launch Fitbit from your Home screen.

  2. Tap on the Account icon.

  3. Tap the Menu button to the right of the tracker you want to remove.

  4. Tap on Unpair.

  1. Swipe down on your screen to access the menu.
  2. Hold down on the Bluetooth icon to bring up Bluetooth options.

  3. Slide Bluetooth ON if it isn't already.

  4. Tap the gear icon next to the device you wish to unpair.

  5. Tap Unpair.

  6. The Bluetooth device has now been unpaired and can be re-added if you wish.
  1. Launch Fitbit from your Home screen.

  2. Tap the Account icon.

  3. Tap on the Arrow next to the tracker you want to remove.

  4. Tap on Remove From Account.

  5. Tap on Remove From Account again to remove the tracker from your account.

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Tap Bluetooth. Note: Bluetooth must be switched on for a list of devices to display.

  3. Tap the "i" icon to the right of the device name.

  4. Tap Forget this Device.

  5. Tap Forget this Device in the dialogue box. Your device is no longer recognized by your phone or tablet.

  1. Launch your online Fitbit Dashboard. You can log into your account at to access your dashboard.
  2. Click the settings gear and then click on Settings.

  4. Click Remove this (Fitbit) from your Account.
  5. Click Remove.
  6. Click OK.

  4. Select Bluetooth & other devices from the left-hand column.

  5. Click the device you want to forget and click on Remove Device.

  6. Click Yes to confirm removal of your device.

  1. Open the Apple menu and then click on System Preferences.

  2. Click on Bluetooth.

  3. Click the X next to the device you wish to forget.

  4. Click Remove to confirm.
