How to Factory Reset a Bose Solo 5 TV Sound System

1 Forget Paired Bluetooth Device

  1. On the remote control, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until the Bluetooth indicator blinks blue.

  2. On your mobile device, remove the Bose Solo device from your list.

  1. On the remote control, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until the Bluetooth indicator blinks blue.

  2. On your mobile device, remove the Bose Solo device from your list.
  1. Swipe down on your screen to access the menu.
  2. Hold down on the Bluetooth icon to bring up Bluetooth options.

  3. Slide Bluetooth ON if it isn't already.

  4. Tap the gear icon next to the device you wish to unpair.

  5. Tap Unpair.

  6. The Bluetooth device has now been unpaired and can be added again if you wish.
  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Tap Bluetooth. Note: Bluetooth must be switched on for a list of devices to display.

  3. Tap the "i" icon to the right of the device name.

  4. Tap Forget this Device.

  5. Tap Forget this Device in the dialogue box. Your device is no longer recognized by your phone or tablet.
