To continue we need to know what type of Smart TV you own. You'll need to upgrade to the latest update.

If you know your tv is already up to date, select Already Updated.

This is an all-in-one switch for HDMI CEC functions, so when you turn it off you are disabling both the ability to wake the television with a Switch controller and the ability to put the Switch into Sleep Mode by turning off the television.

  1. From the Home Menu, select Settings.

  3. Toggle Match TV Power State to Off.

  1. Press the Menu button on your remote control.
  2. Select Support.
  3. Select Software Update.

    If this area is greyed out, it could be because the TV has just been switched on (wait a minute, then try again) or because the TV is in Smart Hub mode. If you are accessing through Smart Hub mode, try going in after viewing a channel from its own tuner.

  4. Enable Auto update to ensure that you are always getting the latest updates.
  5. To perform a manual check for an update, select Update Now.

  6. Your TV will now check for update.
  7. If an update is detected, select Yes to download and install it.

  8. Once the update is complete, you may return to using your TV.
