  1. Select Start > Control Panel.

  4. In the top-left corner, select Turn Windows features on or off.

  5. Place a dot next to Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1, then select OK.

  6. Windows will install this feature for you.

  1. Using your right mouse button, Right Click on the Start Menu, then select Control Panel.
