I had bad-ass virus that kept re-infecting files after being moved into the Virus Vault. Send an infected virus to the Vault - oh, wow, there it goes being listed again!! Every time I executed ANYTHING my AVG Resident Shield would launch with the same list of infected files. Not that ugly, but extremely annoying. My CSR was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
