Installation Blocked.

If this is your first time installing from support.com then you need to add www.support.com to your "allowed sites" list. When you click the installation link, you may see a notice which tells you the installation was blocked. Click the Edit Options in the toolbar to add www.support.com to your allowed sites.

Once you click Edit Options. You'll be asked if you'd like to add "www.support.com" to your list of Allowed Sites. Click "Allow".

The software download and installation should have started. If the download has stalled or failed start over.

To solve your technology problem, please follow these two steps:

Call 1-800-PC-SUPPORT to speak to one of our Solutions Engineers.

Step Two
Install Support Connection Software.This allows our Solutions Engineers secure access to your computer for diagnosis, repair and optimization.

Congratulations, you've successfully installed the Support Connection software.


Your computer is now ready for a Solutions Engineer to connect, diagnose and provide you a free estimate for your problem.

Our free remote control software allows our Solutions Engineers to diagnose and resolve your PC problem online. They can operate your keyboard and mouse to resolve your problem while you watch from the comfort of your home or office.
