Customer Tech Support Issues

Customer called with an HP 7760E computer. Uses Windows Media Center remote control to open media center and gets a black screen. Control-Alt-Delete will make it run, but when customer tries to go to next step, black screen.  Root cause determined to be out-of-date / corrupt video card drivers.  Installed latest Nvidia software / drivers.  Confirmed that application is up-to-date and that resolution was set correctly, and confirmed working.
