The engineer was polite, didn't talk technicalese, waited patiently for my questions and most importantly ,to me, didn't make me feel like an ignorant 50 something "older" lady. He also made suggestions for clearing up my home page from troublesome programs and add-ons. I called Comcast,Tosiba,Geek Squad and 3 or 4 supposed computer whiz friends/no one could help! Thanks.
