Customer called when he recieved a virus form internet which wanted him to purchase their anti-spyware.The problem here was Home Antivirus 2010 infection which was in the C:\WINDOWS\system32\braviax.exe C:\Program Files\HomeAntivirus2010\HomeAntivirus2010.exe c:\windows\system32\wisdstr.exe. Tried deleting and clearing prefetch & temp files. Also installed the latest version of AVG Anti virus and installed it.
