Customer Tech Support Issues

Customer has IE7 but it will not launch.  Upgraded to IE8 which is working fine.  Problems with Pogo.com are related to Java errors: 'Error 25099. Unzipping core files failed.'  A file called regutils.dll is running from the Java folder under MSI installer that needs to be killed.  Using the Windows Uninstall Cleanup Utility removed the old Java install, then reinstalled Java and reset IE.
