Customer Tech Support Issues

Customer reported of numerous pop-ups and warnings in the computer. The Solutions Engineer used MBAM to detect many infections including the koobface virus. The Solutions Engineer was then able to successfully delete all the viruses.

My computer had slowly been accumulating more and more issues, running slower and slower with more and more 'warning'/ pop-ups coming.
