Customer states her computer is running very slow and has a McAfee password redirect as well as her anti-spam program isn't working correctly. Computer is a Dell Dimension 4600c (Windows XP / IE7) and blue screens periodically. Windows Update isn't current - installed 15 updates / 1 critical. Windows Update configured to run automatically. Unnecessary startup programs removed / startup services disabled. Updated and repaired anti-virus / anti-spam software. Yahoo Toolbar and other unwanted applications removed.
