I can't watch DVDs on my computer

Customer Tech Support Issues
Customer called in and said she took her computer to be repaired or worked on at her college. When she got it back, she could not play DVDs. Windows Media Player was corrupt. Identified root cause, repaired and confirmed DVD player working properly.

In the Words of our Customer

The technician who helped me was Steven. I want to say again how pleased I am with the results. Not only did he understand, when I did not, but he was able to solve the problem and explain 'why' it happened. The 'why' was much more important. I am going to school to learn about computers in business. At the age of 63, these concepts seem like Greek. I finally have a place to call for truly professional service. Thank you so much.
