Customer Tech Support Issues

Customer reported an infected computer with viruses. The Solutions Engineer identified, disabled and removed the Windows Security Suite malware infection, a rogue security program . The Solutions Engineer also re-installed the customer's anti-virus software (AVG) and confirmed functioning correctly.
