The customer required assistance in setting up an Icatch VI PC Camera and configuring the camera for use with Skype. The Solutions Engineer determined that the camera drivers were corrupt. The Solutions Engineer uninstalled and reinstalled the Icatch camera drivers and reconfigured Skype to work with the Icatch camera.
