Customer reported of Virus in the computer and facing problems with internet connectivity. The Solutions Engineer was able to delete all the viruses successfully. He then uninstalled and reinstalled carbonite program to fix the internet issues.

I had a horrible malware problem that was preventing me from downloading anything, my AVG protection was removed, and I could not reinstall it (the Solutions Engineer had a challenging time getting thru it also), and in the end, after 3.5 hours, my computer was back to even better than when new, runs faster, responds faster, and I'm very happy.Richard,
