The Customer reported of Virus in the computer. The Solution Engineer deleted the virus successfully. And installed a AVG antivirus to prevent future virus attacks.

My computer has a virus and I went on line to get help, then called the help line and talked to a very cordial man named Trevor. He did a computer scan and then downloaded a protection plan for me until I get my disk in the mail, then he said to call him back and he will walk me through it.Cathy, AZ
