Upgrade error - AVG 8.5 to 9.0

Customer Tech Support Issues

Customer experiencing errors while upgrading AVG to the latest version.  Uninstalled AVG Free 8.5 and downloaded AVG Free 9.0 to desktop and restarted. After restart the following errors/alerts appeared:   Error: MSVC Redistributables installation failed. Manually disabled the error files, re-installed AVG 9.0 and restarted to confirm software properly installed.
