Customer wanted to upgrade windows and install AVG. The Solutions Engineer upgraded windows 98 to vista successfully. He also removed all the traces of the existing antivirus and installed AVG 9.

Not so much ugly but one heck of a ongoing headache. After using windows 98 for 10 years or so, I had no choice but to upgrade. When the trial of Norton was near the end I was told AVG was better. Did something wrong and ended up with you getting it straight. I was very pleased that time so today I needed help and did not think twice. Called you guys up and I'm back in the saddle again.
