Customer Tech Support Issues
Customer had a problem with AVG e-mail scanner.Thus in order to get things on track the Solution Engineers had to reboot the system and had to delete the temprorary file for AVG updates, Emptied the virus vault Checked event logs Checked Email logs .Solution engineer installed the update AVG anti-virus.

Ryan took control of my computer, disconnected some programs, rebooted my computer and reset avg and then it worked...pretty simple if you know what your doing.........which I don't. Thank you Ryan. customer
