Unable to connect to the internet

Customer Tech Support Issues
The customer was unable to connect to the internet. The Solutions Engineer found out that as the computer had AOL Explorer settings changed, so it will no longer allow IE to function. The Solutions Engineer corrected the problem manually by changing the IE settings.
