Customer Tech Support Issues
The customer reported that his 4 computers could not access the internet. The Solutions Engineer identified, disabled and removed multiple infected files and registry keys and solved the problem.

I had 4 computers that would not go online. I worked doing the normal steps that everyone tells you to do. Even after call I was asked to run the same steps again. Finaly after being online for about one hour I was asked to reset the Router. That did the trick. Then the tec, explained to me about the service.
