Customer Tech Support Issues

Customer reported that he had a virus attack and disrupt his computer. The Solution Engineer identified a strain of the UAC virus infection. The Solution Engineer used several specialized tools to manually clear the computer of all virus infections.

My computer was attacked by various viruses. Jerry went on and remotely cleaned up my computer and got rid of everything disruptive on my computer. Ugly? Yeah this was very ugly as I could not access tax files that I have to give to my accountant by Monday to file my corp. taxes. I would recommend this service to anyone.
