Trojan virus infection and a slow system

Customer Tech Support Issues
Customer reported a very slow system and Trojan virus warnings. The Solutions Engineer detected the Trojan virus and identified and removed numerous infected files from the system using anti spyware tools. The Solutions Engineer also confirmed system free of viruses and anti-virus software working correctly and recommended purchasing additional memory for notebook to improve system performance.

It was a dark and stormy Saturday night - I was about to print off my sermon - when WHAM - up came some rogue window that smirkin at me - that my lil buddy laptop had a gazillion trojan horses. It was so late - and the AVG help function had your number - so I gave it a try - and there was Sam! Took a long time - but all is now well - except I still have to get up at 5 am so I can preach! He was pleasant, amusing, exceedingly patient and cheerful. I felt listened to! Thank you!!
