Trojan and malware infected the computer

Customer Tech Support Issues

The customer reported virus in computer. The Solutions Engineer investigated and detected Trojan and malware. The Solutions Engineer then used advanced virus removal tools to remove the virus infection.

I clicked on a video sent by a friend(FB) Suddenly PC was acting up with cyber security (which I had never experienced) the more I clicked on this or that it would just get more confusing it kept saying I had a virus. I turned PC off. My son n I went through withdrawals?. I called AOL and they connected me to my heroes! They were very nice and patient! Which is very rare in customer service now days! Good Job! Being able to pay in 6 months is a plus and peace of mind! Thank you!
