System slow

The Customer reported of a almost full C drive. The Solutions Engineer was able to locate multiple duplicate files he successfully removesd the duplicate files and also removed non essential programs and tuned up the computer.

Was trying to find a musical piece by a composer I knew,couldn't. Also had about 2% free space left. Your support person spent a good time cleaing it up. He was unbelieveable knowledgeable, courteous and concentrated. My computer would have crashed
