System infected with different viruses

Customer Reported of computer not working properly. The Solutions Engineer detected that the computer was infected with different virus and deleted all the 197 infections to get the computer to work again.

First time I’ve never had anyone take over my computer. Kinda kool... I had a lot of things wrong with my pc. I will be able to tell you better in a couple of days how the tech did..
